Arctic Char is my new favorite fish. Not sure what my old favorite fish was. Anyway, it’s like a salmon / trout hybrid. The skin is so good when its crispy. I added panko bread crumbs, salt, fresh cracked pepper, olive oil, and a few pieces of garlic.

First time making whoopie pies. The cake keeps sliding off! The recipe I used for the cake wasn’t terribly tasty. Will be tweaking this one the next time around.

I’m looking add to my cookbook collection. I’m realizing that I like baking desserts far more than making anything else. Odd, because I’m not really a fan of sweets. But they’re so cute.
