Chorizo is probably common place to many of you. It’s new to me. I wanted to try some. So I scrambled it with eggs, pinch of salt, & fresh ground black pepper. ‘Twas a bit spicy. In fact, I couldn’t eat it. I guess there are non spicy varieties. Lesson learned while breaching out.
